Ingredients list

Spermsye - ricotta cheese & honey.

Cameline Meat Brewet - beef, butter, cider vinegar, salt, pepper, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, & mace.

Sallet - leaf lettuce, parsley, raisins, oranges, lemons, cucumbers, walnuts, red wine vinegar, olive oil, & sugar.

Apple Muse - apples, milk, honey, unseasoned white bread crumbs, & salt.

Poree de cresson - cress or kale, chard, olive oil, grated Parmesan & Romano cheese, & salt.

Chyches - chick peas, garlic cloves, olive oil, salt, & pepper.

Poulés rostis - game hen, olive oil, egg yolks, salt, & pepper.

The Sauces: (1) Cold Sage. (2) Cameline Mustard. (3) Verjuice (cherry sauce).

(1). Chicken broth, parsley, sage, unseasoned white bread crumbs, salt, & pepper.

(2). Dijon mustard, red wine, cinnamon, & honey.

(3). Cherries, tart cherry juice, unseasoned white bread crumbs, sugar, ginger, cloves, & nutmeg.

Malardis - duck, olive oil, salt, & pepper.

Tartus of fflesh - beef, eggs, pine nuts, currants, butter, salt, pepper, ginger, cinnamon, sugar, pastry for pie shell (flour, salt, shortening), chicken wing “drumettes,” & egg yolks.

Perys en Composte - pears, white wine, cinnamon, sugar, & dates.

Gyngerbrede Endored - honey, unseasoned white bread crumbs, ginger, cinnamon, & white pepper.

Shrewsbery Cakes - butter, sugar, rosewater, white flour, nutmeg, & salt.

Fine Cakes - butter, sugar, egg yolks, hartshorn, rosewater, salt, cloves, mace, & white flour.

Wafers - eggs, flour, sugar, hartshorn, along with a variety of spices & flavorings.

Spiced Fruit - orange slices, cinnamon, nutmeg, & sugar.
