Apple Muse - Apple Soup

Apples, milk, honey, unseasoned white bread crumbs, saffron, red food coloring, & salt.

Funges - Mushrooms

Mushrooms, onions, vegetarian kosher beef-flavored broth, white pepper, black pepper, & cloves.


Carrots, honey, & salt.

Makerouns - Macaroni and Cheese

Home-made egg noodles, butter, grated parmesan & romano cheeses, basil, thyme, & salt.

Poulés rostis - Roasted Chicken with Three Sauces

Game hen, olive oil, salt, & pepper.

The Sauces: (1) Cold Sage. (2) Cameline Mustard. (3) Verjuice (cherry sauce).

(1). Chicken broth, parsley, sage, unseasoned white bread crumbs, salt, & pepper.

(2). Dijon mustard, red grape juice, cinnamon, & honey.

(3). Cherries, tart cherry juice, unseasoned white bread crumbs, sugar, ginger, cloves, & nutmeg.

Seed Cake

Flour, yeast, salt, butter, sugar, eggs, poppy seeds, & milk.

Golden Unicorn Wafers

Eggs, sugar, flour, rosewater, ginger, cinnamon, & edible gold dust.

Stwed Beeff - Sweet and Sour Beef Ribs

Boneless beef ribs, parsley, onions, currants, pepper, cinnamon, cloves, saffron, salt, red grape juice, & red wine vinegar.

Perys en Composte - Pears in Fruit Sauce

Pears, white grape juice, cinnamon, sugar, & dates.

Sambocade - Elderflower Cheesecake

Pie dough (flour, shortening, & salt), cottage cheese, romano cheese, sugar, egg whites, salt, elderflowers, & rosewater.

Firenzi Wafers

Eggs, flour, sugar, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, white pepper, & orange blossom water.

Spiced Fruit

Orange slices, cinnamon, nutmeg, & sugar.
