Spynoches Yfryed
A simple dish of spinach & spices - contributed by Becky Hoover
  • Fresh spinach, cleaned
  • 1 teaspoon powder douce (a blend of sugar, cinnamon, & nutmeg will work), or to taste
Wilt the spinach in some boiling water.  Cook quickly in some oil (as in stir frying).  Toss with sweet powder.  Serve immediately.
