Five Spice Pork
Five-spice barbeque roast pork - contributed by Michael Hobbes
  • 1 lb. Pork Shoulder Roast, boneless, sliced 1/4" thick
Marinade:
  • ½ cup Soy Sauce
  • ¼ cup WhiteWine
  • 1 tbsp. Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. Honey
  • 1 tsp chopped Garlic
  • ½ tsp crushed Szechwan Peppercorns
  • ½ tsp Five-Spice Powder 
Marinade sliced roast pork for at least 1 hour, or overnight. Cook at 350° F for 1 hour. 

Suggested Wine: plum or rice.
