Sherried Sausages
Sausages sautéed in sherry - contributed by Earl Bless
  • 4 links of sausage (we used Chorizo)
  • 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Fino sherry
Bring skillet to a high heat. Cook sausages till done, deglaze pan with sherry and serve.
