Honey Butter

DESCRIPTION: A classic accompaniment to fresh bread

  • 2 cups honey
  • 1 cup butter
Let butter stand in room temperature until soft. Add honey and stir until it is perfectly blended. Cover tightly and keep cold.

Blend with chopped nuts or spices.
